March 29th, Zhuhai – On a rainy yet exciting Saturday morning, domestic distributors and resellers gathered in the Great Hall of the new Industry Park to partake in the “Change for You” channel conference. Event activities included a tour of the expansive factory grounds and a visit to the stunning exhibition hall, a lucky draw contest, new product reveal, and lectures by keynote speakers Jackson Wang, Pantum CEO and Alex Li, Pantum Vice President. Although the weather was not ideal for this special occasion, Jackson enthusiastically remarked, “The clapping of the rain seems to applaud a successful day for Pantum!”
The all-day event kicked off with a comprehensive conference spanning topics that included industry trend analysis, printer technology, and Pantum’s position to effectively bring simple printing to both China and overseas markets. During the conference, guests had the opportunity to visit Pantum’s product booth where they got a firsthand look at the entire product line from the entry-level products to the much anticipated new product, the P2500. This star model not only offers Wi-Fi and mobile printing features but has the highest CPU and memory in its class. One step installation, compact size and sleek design truly make it a contender for one of Pantum’s best offerings. Testing out the printer in the interactive display area, customers felt confident in Pantum’s new P2500 Wi-Fi product. To inspire even more confidence, Pantum emphasized partner commitment by awarding the top selling strategic partner with a brand new Audi, on-site!
Staying true to its mantra of “Printing Should Be Simple”, Pantum promises to be the change that the industry needs. As the first and only printer brand in China with proprietary core technologies, Pantum is in a unique position to not only provide a one-stop printing solution in the China market but globally as well. Pantum has already established impressive presence in markets like South Africa and Israel. Ranking 3rdand 1st in sales, respectively, it continues to leverage the expertise of its regional managers to extend this success to markets like the UK, Italy, and the US.
While success in the global market is key, it cannot be possible without first being successful in China. The domestic market is ideal for Pantum due to its massive capacity, market environment and the importance it places on R&D investment. Currently, the most popular printer in China is the mono laser single function printer and while Pantum satisfies this requirement with its simple yet high quality product line, it is aiming to expand its scope to include color printers that will compete with demand in the overseas markets. Although the printer industry continues to be a challenge, it is Pantum’s dedication to producing quality products, commitment to its partners, and the strategic development of customized business models that will prove its place in both China and the global market.
